Technical Features:
  • 1. RCC door and window frames are ideal substitute for WOOD and MS DOOR frames.
  • 2. Available as horizontal and vertical frame sections, easy to assemble and dimensionally accurate.
  • 3. Available in 4” (inch) x 2.5” section and 5” x 2.5” section with excellent surface finish. Door rebate of 35 MM, 38 MM & 40 MM.
  • 4. Hold fast is provided on frame, provision for tower bolt, drop and door closer is made on the frame.
  • 5. Made from M-30 concrete grade mix design with proper reinforcement.
  • 6. No shrinkage or expansion like wood, economic, Eco- friendly and durable.
  • 7. Available in all sizes for entrance door, room doors, toilet doors etc. Available in all standard sizes for window frames.
  • 8. Curing by immersion in water for 15 days.
  • 9. Male-female groves are made to fix the frame in proper position.
  • 10. Iron Hinges block for fixing steel/iron hinges.
  • 11. MS Clamps fix rigidly to the wall.
